Product Care & Washing Instructions

At AAA, every product is carefully handmade, sewn, designed, and finished by hand. To preserve the quality of the fabric, stitching, artwork, finishes, and overall craftsmanship, please follow the care instructions below.

General Care Instructions

• Hand wash only in lukewarm water (up to 30°C / 86°F).
• Do not use a washing machine, unless the product label or product page explicitly states that machine washing is permitted.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not use bleach, chlorine, or harsh stain removers.
• Use only a mild detergent.
• Do not soak the product for extended periods.
• Air dry naturally in the shade, away from direct sunlight.
• Do not use a regular iron under any circumstances.
• If wrinkle removal is necessary, use a vertical garment steamer only, on a low heat setting, keeping a minimum distance of 10 cm (4 inches) from the product. Avoid direct contact with the fabric, stitching, artwork, or any decorative elements.

Handmade Products

Every AAA product is handmade, sewn, and individually finished. Due to the nature of handcrafted production, slight variations in color, texture, stitching, finishing, and design details may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Care Disclaimer

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from failure to follow these care instructions, including but not limited to:

• Using a washing machine when it is not explicitly permitted.
• Using a tumble dryer.
• Using a regular iron.
• Using a garment steamer other than a vertical steamer or using excessive heat.
• Allowing direct contact between the steamer and the product.
• Using unsuitable cleaning agents.
• Washing at temperatures higher than recommended.
• Any cleaning or handling that does not comply with the care instructions provided.

Damage caused by improper care or handling is the customer's responsibility and is not eligible for repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Product-Specific Care Instructions

If a specific product includes different care instructions on its label or product page, those instructions shall take precedence over these general care guidelines.
